The most interesting leadership challenges are the ones that don't fit neatly into existing frameworks.

Whole-of-enterprise transformation. Programmes that cut across politics, culture and operations simultaneously. Change that has to land at the front line, not just in the strategy deck.

I work with executives and senior leaders in utilities, infrastructure, financial services and government — sectors where complexity is structural, stakeholders are demanding, and the margin for poor execution is zero. As a senior embedded leader or thinking partner, I'm here to make real progress and get it done.

Remotely. Flexibly. Without the overhead of a large firm.

What makes me different?

I've relished 20 years looking at organisations from unusual angles.

As a member of an executive team in national telecoms infrastructure. On manufacturing floors in China, Brazil, Mexico and Hungary. Inside two of Australia's largest universities during whole-of-institution transformation. With ASX-listed companies navigating compliance crises and system overhauls. In the CBD boardrooms of mid-sized banks. A kilometre underground in a gold mine in the Tanami Desert.

Complex change doesn't respect sector boundaries. Neither do I.

In practice that has meant: a time-recording system live for 840 employees in three weeks under Fair Work scrutiny. 300+ change impacts mapped across a national ERP overhaul for one of Australia's oldest brands. Whole-of-directorate change capability built across 300 staff at a national university. The scale and location varies. The standard and enthusiasm doesn't.
